Subject: Are we too regulated?
Content: Rules.. rules.. rules. Have we gone to far in an effort to make diving so "safe" that it is cheaper for a client to drain the lake before he hires a diver. I dont argue the fact that a safe industry is a good industry to be in. But .. have the regulators "regulated" to a point that it is damn near impossible to suit up without 50+ forms to fill in? What do you think?
