As I mentioned in one of the forums, I have been involved in the formation of many of the standards in Canada (diving) for many (25+) years and have seen it go from 2 man dive teams to 4 man. It IS a lot safer and I am happy to see that the divers working under them acknowledge the work that went into them. While cruising the net in search of ANYTHING underwater, I noted that except for a few forums (a LOT of forums actually), I never really found a site that kind of glued all the interesting underwater people into one place.
